MOLOTOTSI RIVER

MOTHER OF  NATIONS: Molototsi River
Come to me all who are thirsty and will I give you quench
I started small but grew bigger
I am a relief to many villagers now
Not only supply of water but comfort and peace of mind I offer
I make life more easier and natural, for free

My breasts are full and can serve the nations
I am a caring mother and provide shelter in all seasons
The nation of animals, human race, birds and reptiles drink of me
Not only do they drink, they find shelter as well
I am mother to the motherless

I am a natural provider to the desperate
They may despise me when they are content
But their content is dependent on me
The content of their shelters, free I supplied
I am the backbone of nations

I leave tongues wagging when my supply is not enough
I leave tongues wagging when my supply is enough
I remain hope to the dry throats
I remain shelter to the less fortunate
I remain a spectacle of beauty in all seasons

For ages I fulfilled my promises
For ages I availed myself for generations
When am I gonna be recognized by beneficiaries
The happier I am the more I render services
I have been made and placed for you

The older I grow the more I am useful
The more I expand the more I provide
Those who are next to me enjoy my fruits
They are evergreen in all seasons
They boast about me among other nations
